Our Classes
Functional
Our Functional class is 45 minutes in duration and incorporates strength training, bodyweight movements and cardiovascular exercises.
Over time, attendees will achieve a large, well-rounded base of fitness.
The class structure involves the workout explanation, exercise demonstration and thorough warmup followed by the workout. The workouts are scalable to your individual fitness level to accommodate all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced.
Personal Training
If you prefer to train privately, have a specific goal, or are unable to attend classes, we offer one-on-one, partner, and small-group sessions.
These sessions can include Strength Training, Olympic Weightlifting, Boxing, BoxFit or Functional Fitness, Assessments & Nutrition.
Our Trainers
Tom Hay
Tom has several years of experience as a trainer. He completed a Diploma in Applied Sport and Exercise Leadership (Personal Training and Exercise Prescription) at the Otago Institute of Sport in 2009.
He went on to complete the CrossFit Level 1 trainer certificate in 2010 and has spent many years coaching group fitness alongside his personal training business.
